My goals for coaching with Kristen were to gain more confidence, get clearer on my purpose, and have stronger boundaries. It was so helpful to have a plan in place each week to keep me accountable to do the work. Each lesson had thought-provoking questions that helped me get to the root of any blocks. The most impactful lesson for me was boundaries because it was what I was struggling with the most. I put everyone else before myself to not feel selfish but working on boundaries helped me listen to my feelings first. I realized it was okay to put myself first and listen to my feelings. That way, I can show up for others without feeling drained or resentful. Overall I'm so much happier and not as stressed or worried all the time about things I can't control. When I started working with Kristen, my goals were to find clarity on my career path and dreams, raise my self-confidence, stop living on autopilot, & get out of my own way. By going through the lessons laid out by Kristen, I was able to become my higher self, get rid of my limiting beliefs, create boundaries needed to create the life of my dreams. My favorite lesson was limiting beliefs because I had so many limiting beliefs on why I wasn’t capable and deserving of going after my dream life. Kristen taught me the tools to rewrite those limiting beliefs. If you 100% commit to rewriting them then your beliefs truly change.
3 months later & I no longer have my prior limiting beliefs and I am 100% going all in on my dream business and life. I am finally manifesting all the positive energy and the world Is reciprocating that energy back. When I started working with Kristen, I wanted to develop more meaningful relationships and stay on track to open my business. It was so helpful to have Kristen keeping me accountable and encouraging me to do things the way my higher self would. My favorite lesson was Aligned Action because it helped me learn how to break a big goal into tangible things, which shifted my overwhelm to excitement for my project. The most significant change overall is my confidence! I am so much more creative now, I care less what others think, and I trust myself because my word means something. Also, I'm not so hard on myself. In the mindset realm, I've been able to shift my mindset to accept failure as part of success instead of as the opposite of success. My goals coming into Align + Elevate were to be fearless and stop listening to negativity. I also wanted accountability for the goals I set. I’m on week 3, but I already have learned how to set boundaries, become more confident in my decision making, + eliminate the negative energy that was holding me back. The biggest tangible change I have noticed is that I am more confident in taking chances, and I am able to set boundaries. I am now able to put my needs first and stand up for myself.

During Align + Elevate, Kristen has really been helping me grow confidence and strengthen my positivity and outlook. She gives so many tools to help me dig deeper. We set clear action items during our weekly meeting. My biggest tangible change from Align + Elevate would be my mindset. I am working to be more confident and you can't be super confident when you have a negative mindset. I am trying to reframe situations and my thoughts towards them. Ever since I’ve started working with her, I’ve noticed that my positivity has increased! My boyfriend has noticed and mentioned the change too! The change in my mindset has allowed me to go after jobs I wouldn't have normally gone after and has allowed me to show up as my best self during interviews.

Kristen always encourages me to do the work in a way that works for me. She has taught me that only I have the answers; there is no other person, including her, that can do the work for me, but she has consistently given me the best guidance toward the work that has transformed my life.
Since coaching with Kristen, almost everyone I run into from my past tells me I seem like I’m glowing. I truly feel this way inside too. I have accomplished feats I never thought I was capable of, like running a half marathon, discovering and accepting my sexuality, being seen in my authentic body, kicking my binge eating for good, and generally not tolerating anything less than the treatment I deserve from anyone in my life. I have learned my own worth and that I can have the world if I value myself enough. I never thought I would be this happy in my own skin, and I can thank Kristen for that.

Choosing Kristen as my coach was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable, yet humble. She carries wisdom of humanity and spirituality well beyond her years and uses this wisdom to guide those she coaches toward their highest life paths. When I started coaching with Kristen, I was fundamentally insecure about my body, intelligence, social skills, and general self-worth. I had serious social anxiety that prevented me from showing up authentically in my life. I constantly settled for subpar treatment from romantic interests, friends, and family because I couldn’t see my own worth, and didn’t know I could act differently.
As a coach, Kristen is kind and an exceptional listener, but she also speaks the truths that no one else in my life will. She tells me directly when someone is disrespecting me, when they don’t like me, when I’m settling, and when I need to do better for myself. These truths are not always easy to hear, and I know speaking them is not easy for Kristen, but ultimately I know she has my best interests at heart and looking back, she has never steered me wrong.

My session with Kristen was largely impactful. During our time together, Kristen asked probing questions that allowed me to reflect more deeply on my current state of being. Through this reflection, I realized that it was my personal growth that I wanted to focus my attention. Together, we were able to construct obtainable goals that would eventually bring me to a greater sense of presence in my daily life, something that I felt had been previously lacking.
