1. Welcome Video + Goal Setting
Creating a sacred space to transform, take inventory of where you're at & create your vision for the coming weeks.
2. Personal Leadership
Together, we will create the framework for your personal leadership & get to know who you are on the deepest level. We will get clear on whom you need to *be* in order to step into your power.
3. Stepping into your power
We will cover true embodiment and make yourself the main character in your life so you can step into GREATNESS.
4. Conscious + Subconscious Reprogramming
We will get to the *root* of your limiting beliefs & learn how to consciously & subconsciously reprogram them so you can quit the self-sabotage and reach your highest potential.
5. Personal Alignment
We will uncover how to listen to your intuition, identify unhealthy coping mechanisms, & learn to self validate. Tools that will serve you far beyond our time together.
6. Energy Management
We will kick any procrastination habits, ditch the perfectionism, & learn how to max productivity daily so you can reach your full potential.
7. Mastering Relationships
We will learn the keys to human connection & learn how to consciously communicate, as well as set effective boundaries.

Balancing your masculine & feminine energies will help you excel in your life & business. We also go over how to how to influence others through embodiment vs. force.
10. Sacred Closing
In week 10, we will reflect on your past 12 weeks and I will leave you with the last few words of wisdom as you navigate your journey that you are oh, so prepared for!

1. Education
During the 12 weeks, you will learn everything you need to know about creating an aligned business & life. You will receive 10 video modules dripped out weekly covering everything from limiting beliefs, boundary setting, personal alignment, overcoming fear of judgment, shadow work, confidence & so much more….
2. Integration
Education without integration does not create transformation. It’s important to take the knowledge you learned and integrate it into your life & business specifically. With every video module, you will receive related inner work. Inner work is “homework” that can look like worksheets, journaling, reflections, meditations, & other healing modalities. You and Kristen will also create a plan of action to deeper integrate what you’ve learned. Whether this is showing up on stories, setting a boundary, or adding a daily habit, you will be taking action in your daily life to support your business & personal growth journey.
3. Accountability
Kristen’s coaching program is results-focused. This means you will see real tangible results in your business & life. To ensure the information is clicking & you are making moves, Kristen offers rock-solid accountability.
The Accountability plan looks like:
Bi-weekly 1:1 calls - During your 1:1 calls, you and Kristen will be reviewing action items, creating an aligned strategy plan to implement, moving past any mindset blocks, and creating new action items to help you move the needle in your business.
Scheduled due dates for homework & action items
Unlimited voice & notes support through WhatsApp - so you can stay connected to the group & Kristen!
